Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on food

If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven’t collected it, and it gets returned, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, cookies must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.


Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund for the original purchase amount using the original payment method.

Exchange: Due to the nature of edible products, exchanges may be limited. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will do our best to resolve the issue, whether through a refund or replacement shipment.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
